Final Fantasy 9 is easily one of my favorite RPGs it is great reliving the magic that I experienced when I first played it on the PlayStation. My only issue is the Moogle flute doesnt seem to always work on the world map so I have to run into a dungeon and save.

I spent all the money to buy it and it wont open!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped playing this game for a while and saved my file to the iCloud, when I went back to it couple months later the game isnt connecting to the iCloud so now I have to start over until thats fixed. So I deleted it until that update comes.

Just bought the game and it downloaded just fine. When I pushed the icon it loaded to 25%, and then kicked me out. Can anyone please help me.

Guess you need 7GB free as a minimum keeps crashing and wont load, waste of $20. Rip off.

I cant light the last candleabrum because the action icon does not appear. Please fix immediately! Very frustrating after putting in lots of play time only to be stopped because of a glitch. Please fix fast!!!!!! Will change to 5 star after fix

While it crashes on my 3 year old phone every half hour or so, the new autosave feature makes this only a slight inconvenience. This is my fault for having hardware below the recommended standard, but I think its good advice for the any folks who dont buy a new phone every year. Anyway, the game looks stunning, has good controls and an intuitive UI. As someone who has beat this game several times, I like the new in-game "cheats" because I can breeze through sections of the game I find tedious at this point. The Speed Up cheat in particular is very useful. In addition to the regular crashes, I also cannot access any trophies for some reason and cant seem to find out if its just me or a more popular issue. Love it though, money well spent overall. Unless you have small fingers like me, you may want to get it on an iPad due to some of the touch controls being very precise at times (particularly on the save screens).

This is the first time I have played this and I am addicted. Good story and really fun. Only problem is I hate the iCloud save feature. I wish it would upload and download automatically. I hate having to find a save spot than go to main menu and than upload. Would be really nice if it did in case I want to play but my iPad is t around me and I forgot to upload. Please fix this. This annoyed me bout FF7.

I rate this 3 stars because FFIX is awesome, and having it on my phone is amazing. But it crashes. A lot. Youd think that maybe the iPhone 4, maybe 5, might not be able to handle it, but Ive got the 6 plus. If they fix the crashing, Id recommend it to one and all, otherwise, think hard about if its worth it to you.

Thunderslash glitch and Marcus/Eiko glitch still exists. However the game graphics is amazing on iPad pro.

More than anything, the game needs save states. Even just 1. Some things are really hard to do without a physical controller - jump rope, for example. Theyre giving us a bunch of actual cheats, they might as well give us a save state. This also seems to be hard on battery life. Otherwise, it runs well on my 6S+

This game has been one of my favorites in the Final Fantasy series spent hours replaying this classic. What would be even better is when they port the entire series to the new Apple TV so can play whenever on the go and on your big screen.

I have not experienced any problems so far. So far, its worth the $20.00 (not including tax, since there is tax on this) and I am really loving this game so far.

Its a great game with great features, can not deny that. But, as soon as i reached the Iifa part where i had to defeat the mist monster, the games immediately crashes. I tried continuing the game nor loading a saved date, but still crashes. What is there that i can do? Im not even half way and i feel like i just wasted 21bucks... Can you please solve this. Btw, my device is an Ipad Air. I hope the device isnt the problem.

This is my favorite of the entire FF series. It works well on my 6 plus. The only issue I have and the reason for the 4 stars is because the MFi controller controls are not mapped correctly for my speedy controller. Only the joystick works and there is no way to make any selections. The details say it is MFi controller compatible but I cant play the game at all with mine.
